How do I import my existing member data?

Shepherd Atlas accepts CSV imports for your member list. Go to People → Import and follow the column-mapping wizard. We support common formats from Planning Center, Breeze, and Tithe.ly, plus German exports such as ChurchTools (Vorname, Nachname, PLZ …).

Are there long-term contracts?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period. Your data stays in your account after cancellation — nothing is deleted unless you explicitly delete your organization, which schedules a permanent purge 30 days later.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new organization starts a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You add a card up front but aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens after the trial ends?

You'll be prompted to subscribe to continue. Your data remains intact and nothing is deleted. You choose whether to continue.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is multi-faith support included in all plans?

Yes. All plans support all faith traditions: Christian, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, and other.

What counts as a member?

Any active member record in your congregation database. Archived or inactive members do not count toward your limit.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. Your congregation's data is encrypted in transit, never sold or shared with third parties, and remains yours: export everything as a ZIP or delete your account from Settings → Data & Privacy at any time.
